**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Process Optimization**:
Identify and analyze operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.

**Team Management**:
Supervise and lead a team of operational staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Provide coaching and mentorship to team members for professional development.

**Resource Allocation**:
Monitor and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal utilization.

Collaborate with department heads to align resource allocation with organizational objectives.

**Strategic Planning**:
Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives.

Work closely with senior management to align operational strategies with overall business objectives.

**Quality Control**:
Establish and enforce quality control standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality products or services.

Implement measures to continuously monitor and improve quality across operational processes.

**Risk Management**:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize operational disruptions.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

**Data Analysis**:
Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and track key performance indicators.

Prepare regular reports on operational performance for management review.

**Vendor Management**:
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in operations management, with a track record of improving efficiency and productivity.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using relevant software and tools for operations management.

Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
