**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Teach Physics concepts as per the NEET and JEE syllabus for classes 11 and 12.
- Plan and deliver engaging and result-oriented lessons to simplify complex topics.
- **Concept Building**:

- Strengthen students’ problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions to address individual queries.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Design and conduct periodic tests to track progress and identify improvement areas.
- Provide constructive feedback and personalized mentoring for performance enhancement.
- **Study Materials and Resources**:

- Develop high-quality notes, assignments, and question banks aligned with NEET and JEE patterns.
- Stay updated on syllabus changes and integrate them into lesson plans.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment.
- Ensure timely completion of the syllabus to facilitate thorough revisions.
- **Technology Integration**:

- Utilize smart boards and digital tools to make learning interactive and engaging.

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Master’s degree in Physics (preferred) or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching Physics for NEET/JEE aspirants.
- Proven track record of producing high-scoring students is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of NEET and JEE examination patterns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in creating study plans tailored to students’ needs.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 18 per week
