Warden Couple

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Student Care and Supervision**:

- Ensure the safety, discipline, and well-being of all students in the hostel.
- Provide guidance, counseling, and emotional support to students as needed.
- Oversee daily routines, including meal times, study hours, and recreational activities.

**2. Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain attendance records and ensure students adhere to hostel rules.
- Coordinate with school management for smooth functioning of the hostel.
- Manage inventory and ensure timely availability of hostel supplies.

**3. Communication and Conflict Resolution**:

- Address student concerns and mediate conflicts effectively.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student welfare.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure academic and personal growth of students.

**4. Safety and Security**:

- Ensure the hostel premises are secure at all times.
- Conduct regular checks to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Be available for emergencies at any time.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Previous experience as wardens in schools or similar roles is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and local languages.
- Ability to handle students of various age groups with empathy and understanding.
- Organizational skills to manage daily activities and emergencies efficiently.
- Proficiency in basic administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Immediate joiners only.
- Willingness to stay on campus full-time.
