**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct microbiological research to develop and enhance bio-fertilizers, bio-pesticides, and microbial inoculants for agrochemical use.
- Isolate, identify, and characterize beneficial microorganisms (e.g., nitrogen-fixing bacteria, phosphate-solubilizing bacteria, and biocontrol agents) from soil samples and plant tissues.
- Design and execute laboratory experiments to test the efficacy and stability of microbial formulations in various fertilizers and agrochemicals.
- Collaborate with agronomists and soil scientists to evaluate the field performance of microbial solutions in different crop systems.
- Analyze and interpret microbiological data, presenting findings in technical reports and recommendations for product development.
- Ensure that microbial products meet regulatory standards for environmental safety and agricultural use.
- Provide technical support and training to sales, marketing, and production teams on microbiological aspects of fertilizers and agrochemicals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Master’s or Ph.D. in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in microbiology, with a focus on fertilizers, bio-fertilizers, agrochemicals, or related industries.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of soil microbiology and plant-microbe interactions.
- Hands-on experience with microbial cultures, fermentation techniques, and molecular biology tools.
- Proficiency in designing experiments, data analysis, and report writing.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for microbial products in agriculture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively across departments.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with the development of biostimulants or bio-pesticides.
- Knowledge of sustainable agricultural practices and environmental safety standards.
- Familiarity with large-scale microbial production processes.
