**Job description**

**Essential Skills**
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Possess excellent computer skills including Word, Excel and Powerpoint and willing to learn and use new online tools
- Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude and be willing to shoulder responsibilities
- Target oriented goal achiever who enjoys marketing
- Have previous experience in marketing in the medical industry
- Be able to speak fluently in Tamil/Kannada/Telugu/Malayalam in addition to English (Position 1)

**Responsibilities**
- Obtain a thorough understanding of the services provided and explain the same in person or over the phone to medical professionals
- Plan, discuss and execute an effective marketing strategy and convert as many leads as possible
- Achieve sales targets for set period
- Identify causes for non-achievement of targets, if any
- Report directly to the Operations Director and Scientific Director on daily and weekly basis
- Keep updated on competitors and come up with suitable strategies
- Keep abreast of changing market trends and identify opportunities for further growth
- Update all leads, enquiries and activities on an online system within 24 hours
- Travel for weeks together within India pursuing and converting business leads
- Establish, maintain and expand customer base for regions assigned

**Work Experience**

2-3 years prior experience is desirable

Marketing personnel will be based in Coimbatore/Palakkad/Erode/Salem and working location will be primarily local and South India.

**Salary**

Based on experience + Incentives on sales generated.
