Oracle CPQ Cloud Expert will provide support for our Oracle Big Machines CPQ Cloud implementations, including technical, functional, data analysis and operational tasks.**:
**Desired Skillset and Experience**:

- **At least 2 full lifecycles Oracle CPQ Cloud implementations.**:

- ** Must have Hands-on experience in CPQ Administrative activities like Environment Setup, Data Table Management, File Manager, User and Group Management, Parts creation, Code Migration, Cascading Stylesheets (CSS).**:

- ** Experience in BML, BMQL and Bulk Data Upload is must.**:

- ** Experience in HTML/XHTML, XML, XSL, Java, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, SOAP-based web services are preferred.**:

- ** Experience in deployment and performing migrations from one environment to other environments.**:

- ** Oracle CPQ Cloud certifications would be preferred.**

**Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks**:

- ** Responsible for understanding functional and technical design, implementation, and support of CPQ cloud solutions. Troubleshoot, debug and resolve issues identified.**:

- ** Expertise in troubleshooting/debugging issues and perform preventive and corrective maintenance practices like root cause analysis (RCA) to resolve and prevent defects.**:

- ** Support the rollout of Oracle CPQ Cloud releases. Collaborate with business super users and cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization.**:

- ** Track, resolve and close user support requests, assign or escalate user requests as appropriate.**
