- **Key Responsibilities**

- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate team when necessary
- Follow up on unresolved queries to ensure customer satisfaction

**Relationship Building**:

- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while interacting with customers
- Build rapport to foster customer loyalty and trust

**Data Management**:

- Record customer interactions and maintain accurate documentation in the CRM system
- Generate reports on customer feedback and suggest improvements

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company offerings and policies

**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Languages**: Proficiency in English, Gujarati, and Hindi (spoken and written)
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer knowledge
- **Adaptability**: Capable of handling multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced environment
- **Education**: Minimum qualification - High School Diploma or equivalent (Any Graduate or Dropout)
