**Responsibilities**:

- **Social Studies Teaching**:

- Teach Social Studies to Senior Secondary students (Grades 11-12) following the CBSE/State Board curriculum.
- Use diverse teaching methods, such as lectures, discussions, case studies, and multimedia, to make topics interesting and relatable to students.
- **Lesson Planning and Preparation**:

- Design detailed lesson plans that align with the prescribed syllabus and cater to students' learning needs.
- Prepare and organize teaching materials, assignments, and assessments to support effective learning.
- **Student Assessments and Feedback**:

- Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and assignments to assess students' understanding and progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their academic performance and guide them in improving their areas of weakness.
- Help students prepare for board exams and other relevant assessments.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a positive, respectful, and productive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Manage student behavior, promote active participation, and address any challenges in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Create opportunities for group activities and discussions that encourage collaborative learning.
- **Parent-Teacher Communication**:

- Regularly communicate with parents regarding their child's academic progress, performance, and any concerns.
- Organize and participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student development, challenges, and goals for improvement.
- **Curriculum Development and Content Delivery**:

- Continuously update and improve the curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching materials in line with evolving academic standards.
- Integrate technology into the classroom to enhance learning experiences, such as online resources, virtual field trips, and educational software.
- Encourage students to explore topics beyond the textbook, such as through research projects and group discussions.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay up to date with new teaching methodologies, curriculum changes, and developments in Social Studies education.
- Share knowledge and collaborate with other teachers to foster an environment of continuous learning.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
