Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow modules including Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
- You will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs, focusing on the ServiceNow platform
- Your role will involve creating engaging training materials, conducting interactive training sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure success.
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs, web services, and scripting.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow platform functionality.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other team members.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends.
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards in ServiceNow implementations.

**Requirements**:
Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)

**Skills**:

- Extensive knowledge of JavaScript
- Familiarity with UI, SQL, HTML and CSS
- Knowledge of XML and structural programming concepts
- Experience using the ServiceNow platform
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Advanced problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - Organization and time management skills
