**Logistics Executive-EXIM**

**Job Summary**:
**Number of Positions**: 01 Only (Looking for Immediate Joiners).

**Experience**:Freshers
- 1 Year** Experience in **Import Export**documentation or Back End profile.

**Salary Range**:In-Hand-** Rs.13,000/- to Rs.15,000/- per month + PF, ESIC, & Health Insurance Benefits. **CTC**:Rs.2.07 to Rs.2.40LPA Per Annum.

**Desirable Skills**:

- **Proficient in English, both written and verbal.** Must be fluent in English.
- Should have a good grasp on MS Excel **V-Lookup/Sum-Ifs/Count-Ifs**/ Conditional-Formatting etc.
- **Effective communication** and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Responsibilities**:
1) **Documentation Management**: Prepare, submit, and maintain all shipping documentation required for international transactions.

2) **Shipment Coordination**: Monitor and coordinate international shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

3) **Vendor Communication**: Communication with vendors, forwarders, and courier companies to manage and track shipments effectively.

4) **Reporting**: Prepare and present detailed logistics reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

5) **Support Functions**: Provide administrative support to the Purchase and Logistics teams, including maintaining records and facilitating communication.

6) Any other responsibilities that his job may require time to time.
