Clat Faculty

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver engaging and effective CLAT preparation courses.
- Develop comprehensive study materials, including mock tests, practice questions, and strategy guides.
- Provide personalized feedback and coaching to students to address their weaknesses and build on their strengths.
- Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, syllabus changes, and best practices in CLAT preparation.
- Conduct regular assessment tests to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract new students to the institute.
- Collaborate with the faculty team to continually enhance the quality of the CLAT preparation program.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in teaching or preparing students for the CLAT exam.
- A bachelor’s degree in Law, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree or higher will be considered an advantage.
- Exceptional command of the English language, both verbal and written, with outstanding communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A passionate educator with a patient and positive attitude, capable of motivating and inspiring students.
- Willingness to relocate and live on-site, as food and accommodation are provided.
