Job Description - Interior Designer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and presentations for real estate projects (Residential, Commercial, Retail).
- Create 2D/3D designs, Mood boards, and detailed drawings to visualize design ideas.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and vendors to align designs with overall project vision.
- Select materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes that fit the project’s budget and aesthetics.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company guidelines.
- Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and provide technical guidance.
- Stay updated on design trends, innovative materials, and industry best practices.
- Work with marketing teams to showcase interiors in brochures, show flats, and digital platforms.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design / Architecture.
- 2-5 years of experience in interior designing, preferably in real estate or related industries.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and space planning.
- Excellent visualization, creativity, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients, and internal teams.
