As a Process mining Solution Data Engineer Architect, you will work at the forefront of the digital transformation across all industries as we bring the various technology powered by process mining to new organizations. You will work hand in hand with the Intelligent Automation Practice Leader and solutions teams in EMEA and NA region in the analysis, strategic solution design, and closing of new business. You will interact with C-level executives to align our solution with the organization’s strategic goals and solve their most important challenges. You deliver proof of concept projects and bring process mining technology to life on the prospects’ own data to show the business value of the Celonis and related platforms.

**Primary Skills**:

- Ability to bring together all elements of Celonis and related solutions including digital operating model, process design, automation impact, technology solution, transition, transformation, business outcomes. - have exposure on other process mining platforms like UiPath Process Gold, Signavio, Apromore.
- Responsible for crafting bid responses in RFPs, prepare bid orals decks, engage prospective customer leadership, lead workshops and presentations.
- Lead Celonis and all process mining consulting opportunities - Operating model design, transformation.
- Hands-on design and recommendation on process mining-led Digital stack solutions such as top RPA platforms, Digital tools, process optimization frameworks, Cognitive / AI solutions for Celonis and related bundling.
- Responsible for end-to-end bid lifecycle from RFI / POCs through RFP phase of deal cycle.
- Ability to bring together all elements of Celonis solutions including digital operating model, process design, automation impact, technology solution, transition, transformation, business outcomes.
- Responsible for crafting bid responses in RFPs, prepare bid defense orals decks, engage prospective customer leadership, lead workshops and presentations.
- Lead process mining solution dialog models and work directly with customers with implementation experience of more than 4 end to end cycles.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Solution Engineering teams to lead bid process and overall solution development.

**Secondary Skills**:

- Solution design expertise with top tier companies, IT or Product firms for driving technology solutioning for multi-tower large deals, experience creating/responding to RFI/RFP / Orals proposals.
- Multi-geo service delivery experience across both horizontal and vertical business processes such as P2P, OTC, Q2C, RTR, ITSM, HR, Customer Service etc.
- Technology experience
- Major ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, RPA Platforms, and/or AI-based solutions. Experience working with complex ERP environments
- Thought leadership - Bringing it all together on solution elements and creating a winnable story
- Industry insight - benchmarks, trends and knowledge of where the industry is heading
- Driving synergies & collaboration, Delivery, technology, industry vertical-rephrase
- Commercial awareness.
- Global experience and global solution models - NA, Pan European, APAC exposure rephrase to: Experience with Global solution models
- Experience advising clients and delivering solutions for transforming (digitizing) their customer experiences, employee experiences, operational environments, and product & services.
