**Job Overview**:
La Nature Hotels & Resorts is hiring a reliable and flexible **Swimming Pool Boy cum Multi-Utility Staff** to manage pool maintenance and assist in **housekeeping and F&B service operations**. The role requires a hands-on individual who is attentive to cleanliness, guest safety, and overall property upkeep.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Daily cleaning, chlorination, and maintenance of the swimming pool
- Monitor pool safety and hygiene standards
- Assist housekeeping with room cleaning and public area upkeep
- Support F&B service team during events or peak hours
- Respond to guest needs and ensure overall cleanliness and readiness of pool and surrounding areas

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in pool maintenance or multi-utility hotel operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of pool equipment and water treatment
- Physically fit, disciplined, and adaptable
- Willing to work in shifts and multitask across departments
