**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver Hindi lessons that align with the school's curriculum and educational objectives for primary-level students.
- Create a positive and stimulating classroom atmosphere where students feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn.
- Teach Hindi language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing, through interactive and age-appropriate activities.
- Introduce students to Hindi literature, folktales, poetry, and cultural traditions, fostering an appreciation for the richness of the Hindi language and heritage.
- Incorporate a variety of teaching strategies, resources, and materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.
- Establish and maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding students' academic progress, behavior, and overall well-being.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects, thematic units, and co-curricular activities that integrate Hindi language and culture into the curriculum.
- Create a print-rich environment in the classroom, displaying Hindi language materials, posters, and student work to promote language acquisition and literacy development.
- Participate in professional development opportunities, workshops, and staff meetings to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices in Hindi language instruction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hindi Literature, Education, or related field; B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification preferred.
- Previous experience teaching Hindi language and literature to primary-level students, preferably in a CBSE or similar educational setting.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Hindi, with a deep understanding of Hindi grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
- Passion for teaching and a genuine interest in the academic and socio-cultural development of young learners.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate students in learning Hindi.
- Creativity and resourcefulness in designing interactive and meaningful learning experiences for children.
- Ability to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that respects diversity and promotes cultural awareness.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage classroom activities, materials, and student behavior effectively.
- Commitment to collaboration, teamwork, and ongoing professional growth.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and a dedication to making a positive difference in the lives of students.
