**Job Title**: Assistant Professor - Mathematics
**Location**: Datta Meghe College of Engineering Airoli
**Department**: Basic Sciences (H&S)/ Mathematics
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate mathematics courses to engineering students. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, preparing course material, conducting assessments, guiding student projects (if any), and contributing to the academic growth of the institution through research and professional service.
**Eligibility**:
- M.Sc. (Mathematics/Applied Mathematics) - First Class
- NET/SET or Ph.D. (preferred)
- Teaching experience in engineering institutes desirable
**Skills**:
- Develop and update curriculum and course materials as per university/AICTE guidelines.
- Use modern teaching methods, including ICT tools and online platforms.
- Good communication skills
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, quizzes, and examinations.
- Passion for teaching and research
- Organize and contribute to workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Involve in accreditation processes (NBA/NAAC) and curriculum design.
**Salary**:Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
