**Responsibilities**:

- Engage potential customers through effective communication to elevate e-commerce sales.
- Manage both inbound and outbound sales calls, adeptly promoting products and addressing inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with customers to deeply understand their needs, ensuring tailored product recommendations.
- Strive persistently to meet and surpass monthly sales targets defined by management.
- Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of products, policies, and industry trends.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive and seamless buying experience

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated track record in e-commerce sales, preferably in a similar role
- Profound verbal communication skills coupled with a customer-centric mindset.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM software
- Flourish in a high-paced environment, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities, a positive outlook, and self-motivation.
- Flexibility to accommodate fixed day shifts and onsite work.
