- Develop comprehensive 3D models of houses that accurately represent architectural designs.
- Ensure that the models are detailed, realistic, and can be viewed from all sides for a complete visual understanding.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Utilize SketchUp, 3D Max, and CAD-3D to create and refine 3D models.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of software features and capabilities to enhance modeling efficiency and quality.
- **Collaborative Design**:

- Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback.
- Translate 2D architectural plans and sketches into detailed 3D models.
- **Rendering and Visualization**:

- Produce high-quality renderings and visualizations of 3D models to present to clients and stakeholders.
- Use rendering tools to create realistic textures, lighting, and finishes that enhance the model's appearance.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Review and refine 3D models to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project specifications.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure models are error-free and meet company standards.
- **Client Presentations**:

- Prepare and present 3D models and visualizations to clients, explaining design concepts and modifications.
- Address client queries and make adjustments to the models based on feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field with a focus on 3D Modeling.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in SketchUp, 3D Max, and CAD-3D is essential.
- Strong understanding of 3D modeling techniques, rendering, and animation.
- **Design Skills**:

- Ability to create detailed and realistic 3D models of houses that can be viewed from all angles.
- Strong eye for detail, texture, color, and composition.
- **Experience**:

- Prior experience in 3D modeling within the architecture or construction industry is preferred.
- A portfolio showcasing previous 3D modeling projects is required.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication skills in Marathi and Hindi (preferred).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet project deadlines.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Creative, detail-oriented, and motivated to deliver high-quality work.
