**Job Summary**:
As a Admission Counsellor at GURCHARANAM, you will play a crucial role in our student enrollment process for IIT-JEE, NEET-UG, and Foundation courses. You will be responsible for contacting potential students, providing information about our courses, and persuading them to enroll. This role requires effective communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to achieve enrollment targets.

**Responsibilities**
- Outbound calls to prospective students or their parents.
- Providing information about courses, programs, and educational services offered by the organisation.
- Answering inquiries and addressing questions about admissions, fees, and eligibility criteria.
- Scheduling appointments or follow-up calls with interested individuals.
- Maintaining a database of leads and call records.
- Meeting call quotas or targets set by the organisation.
- Following up with potential students to encourage enrolment.
- Collaborating with the admissions team to ensure a smooth transition for enrolled students.
- Counsel students regarding abroad education opportunities such as regarding Country, Course, Universities, and programme selection, and career planning.
- Provide accurate information regarding the study abroad programs, courses.
- Provide all the information sought precisely by the parent and/or student.
- Clarifying doubts in filling up of form or doubts of any other nature.

**Note: Must have experience of working as a admission counsellor for Overseas division**

**Have Fluency in English Speaking**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Academic counseling: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Fluent English (preferred)
