**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **manual soldering** of through-hole and SMD components on PCBs.
- Carry out **rework, repair, and replacement** of faulty components on PCB assemblies.
- Inspect and test PCBs for defects such as dry joints, shorts, or open circuits.
- Use tools like soldering iron, hot air station, reflow equipment, desoldering pump, and microscope.
- Diagnose issues using testing instruments (multimeter, continuity tester, power supply, etc.).
- Follow **ESD protection standards** while handling sensitive components.
- Document repairs, maintain rework logs, and report recurring defects to R&D/QA teams.
- Support prototype builds, small-batch production, and field return (RMA) repair activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
