**Job Title: Account, Procurement and Administration Executive**

Minimum Qualifications and Skills Required:

- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience
- Proficiency in Tally & MS Excel is a must.
- Experience in Accounting with Tally, purchase, office administration & Inventory works
- Good command over the Marathi, English & Hindi languages.
- Experience in using office tools such as MS office tools (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) or Google-based office tools (Sheets, docs & Slides)
- Getting work done, self-initiative attitude.

The following activities are limited to the Account, Procurement and Administration Executive profile
- Making entries in tally for sales, purchase payments, etc., and making ledgers
- Generating & sending purchase enquiries based on purchase requisition raised by production head, design head or project manager
- Follow up with vendor/suppliers
- Preparing Purchase Orders & sending them to respective vendors/suppliers and following up with them for the material
- Documentation & filing of purchase orders
- Tracking & updating the status of any material in transport/courier to the senior.
- preparing sales challan, miscellaneous challans for material testing or outsourcing, etc., & its documentation & filing
- Payment follow-up with customer
- Keeping inventory records of factory goods & spares
- Documentation for accounting, tracking, and linking of challans with PO and payments.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
