**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming calls professionally and provide accurate information to callers.
- Log call details in the system and ensure proper follow-up.
- Route calls to the appropriate department or personnel as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues effectively.
- Maintain and update customer records with complete and accurate details.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for call handling.
- Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate supervisor or team.
- Provide support for emergency calls if required.
- Maintain call logs and generate reports as required.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **1 year** of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in **[mention languages required, e.g., English,Hindi etc.]**.
- Strong listening skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM or call-handling software is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Pay: ₹8,360.20 - ₹20,000.00 per month
