Van Maintenance

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coordinate with mechanics** for scheduled servicing, repairs, and inspections.
- **Take daily updates from drivers** about van performance, breakdowns, or damages.
- **Order required spare parts** based on mechanic recommendations or maintenance schedules.
- **Maintain Excel sheets** with details on service dates, costs, parts used, and issues reported.
- **Track inventory** of commonly used parts and tools.
- **Follow up with vendors** for quotations, delivery timelines, and invoices.
- Ensure compliance with **service intervals, insurance renewals, and vehicle inspections**.
- Generate maintenance reports (weekly/monthly) for management review.
- Handle urgent repair coordination and maintain mínimal downtime for the fleet.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Experience in vehicle/fleet maintenance coordination (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of vehicle parts and mechanical systems.
- Strong Excel skills (data entry, formatting, lookup functions).
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with vendor negotiation and purchase orders is a plus.

- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Fleet tracking or maintenance software (optional)

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- UK shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
