**Position Overview**:
Support and maintain windows computer systems, laptops and peripherals.
Create user accounts and provision default services to new employees.
Deploy, diagnose, maintain and upgrade user workstations and laptops.
Monitor health of public cloud region using existing management tools and respond to issues as they arise; help build, test, and maintain new cloud infrastructure services as needed.
Act a support resource for network connectivity throughout the office’s LAN/WAN infrastructure and assist with troubleshooting.
Ensure availability for troubleshooting, maintenance or upgrades during non-standard work hours
3+ years’ experience administering and troubleshooting windows desktops and laptops
Associate level Microsoft Azure professional certification (examples: AZ-104, AZ-800, AZ-80) or equivalent experience.
2+ years’ experience administering Azure infrastructure (virtual networks, storage accounts, virtual machines)
2+ years’ experience administering Windows Server environments including Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy Administration
2+ years’ experience with Microsoft 365 Administration (Intune, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint)
