**Job Title: Resort Reservation Telecaller Executive**

**Job Description**:
A Resort Reservation Telecaller Executive plays a crucial role in a resort's guest service and reservation process by primarily attending to inbound calls of potential guests, assisting them in booking accommodations, and providing information about the resort's services and offerings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Calling: Attending all inbound calls of guest assisting them in booking accommodations. Introduce and explain the company's products or services to the Guest.
- Reservation Assistance: Assist guests in making reservations, providing details on room availability, rates, and any special packages or promotions.
- Information Provision: Offer comprehensive information about the resort's facilities, amenities, dining options, and nearby attractions to help guests make informed decisions.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with potential guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering their questions and addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter guest information and reservation details into the resort's booking system.
- Confirmation and Follow-up: Confirm reservations with guests, check payments with AC dept. send booking confirmations, and follow up on any additional requirements or modifications.
- Sales Targets: Achieve daily or weekly call quotas and reservation targets set by the resort.
- Identify and qualify sales leads or potential clients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of call interactions.
- Follow-up on leads.
- Conduct market research and gather feedback through surveys.
- Achieve daily or weekly call quotas and sales targets.
- Handle guest queries and provide solutions or escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during phone conversations.
- Maintain Records: Maintain detailed and organized records of call interactions and reservations for reporting purposes.
- Customer Service: Handle guest queries or issues effectively, providing solutions or escalating matters when necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other resort staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

**Requirements**:
Strong Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills to engage potential guests effectively.

Customer Focus: A guest-centric approach with the ability to understand guest needs and preferences.

Computer Skills: Basic computer skills for data entry and familiarity with reservation/booking software, MS office.

Sales Acumen: Comfortable with sales techniques and achieving reservation targets.

Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to resort-specific scripts and talking points.

Professionalism: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour during phone conversations.

Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate guest inquiries.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
