Counsellor

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students and clients about immigration and study abroad options (e.g., Canada, UK, Australia, etc.)
- Assess clients' eligibility based on academic and financial background
- Guide applicants on admission and visa processes
- Stay updated on immigration rules and program changes
- Follow up with leads and maintain records of client interactions
- Coordinate with admission officers and filing teams for smooth processing
- Build trust with clients and offer honest, professional advice

**Required Qualifications**:

- Graduation in any stream (preferred: counseling, education, or related field)
- 1-3 years of experience in immigration or education consultancy
- Good communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Punjabi**:

- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Knowledge of international education systems and visa requirements
- Basic computer and documentation skills

**Preferred Skills**:

- Ability to handle calls and meet monthly targets
- Confidence in dealing with clients over phone
- Ability to stay calm and helpful under pressure

Pay: ₹20,705.82 - ₹33,855.96 per month

**Experience**:

- immigration field: 3 years (preferred)
- Visa Counselling: 2 years (preferred)
