**Job Title**: Medical Representative - Derma Segment
**Location**: Ahmedabad

**Job Overview**:
We are hiring **Medical Representatives** for our **Derma Division**, launched a year ago and expanding rapidly across India. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced pharma sales professionals to be part of a promising therapeutic segment with long-term growth potential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote dermatology products to dermatologists and clinics in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and chemists
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market analysis and regular field activities
- Organize CMEs and product awareness initiatives
- Submit timely reports to the reporting manager (ABM/RBM)
- 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (Derma experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must own a two-wheeler for fieldwork
- Graduate (Science or Pharma background preferred)
- Self-driven and result-oriented

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **CTC**: ₹3.5 - 4 LPA (Negotiable based on experience)
- Allowances, incentives, and other benefits as per company policy
