Oriental Compressor Accessories (P) Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of Compressor Spare Parts, looking for a highly skilled International Marketing Specialist to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and expand our global footprint.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive international marketing strategies, aligned with business objectives
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, trade shows, and advertising.
- Build and maintain relationships with international distributors, partners, and customers.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights for future strategy development.
- Liaise with logistics and shipping teams to ensure smooth export operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree/ MBA in Marketing, International Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in International Marketing, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful International Marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
- Knowledge of Export-Import (EXIM) policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with international trade regulations and compliance requirements.

Nice to Have.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics and social marketing advertising.
- Knowledge of the Compressor Industry/Spare Parts or related fields.
- Certifications in marketing or international trade (e.g., CIM, CIMA).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
