2-Work effectively to tackle any VFX & SFX.

3-Create, maintain, and communicate VFX art guidelines and implementation techniques with other team members.

4-Understanding of optimizing 3D and 2D VFX assets.

5-Must have idea of Title Animation & Montage (Animation Packaging) for Animation Videos.

6-Adobe Creative Suite skills with different plugins.

7-Working knowledge of Art Pipelines, Animation fields, rendering / lighting / materials / scene setup etc.

8-Must have Knowledge of any 3d platform to create effective scene setup.
