Job Title: MIS Executive - Quotation Making and Purchase Order

Reports to: Senior Manager - Commercial/Procurement

Job Summary:
We are seeking an MIS Executive to assist in the preparation of quotations and purchase orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing of commercial documents.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Quotation Making:

- Prepare and finalize quotations for customers based on sales inquiries.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of quotation documents.

2. Purchase Order Processing:

- Prepare and finalize purchase orders for vendors based on approved requisitions.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of purchase order documents.

3. Data Entry and Maintenance:

- Enter and update data in the ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for quotations and purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of commercial documents.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

- Generate reports on quotation and purchase order status, as required.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

5. Compliance and Audit:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for quotation making and purchase order processing.
- Assist in audits and reviews of commercial documents.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or trading company.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,713.19 - ₹15,350.35 per month
