As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Co-founder and Partner to join us in our mission to revolutionize the recruitment industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Planning and Leadership**:

- Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute the company’s strategic plan.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive the growth of the agency.
- Provide leadership and direction to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Plan and execute the company’s goals, vision, and mission with the CEO and partner.
- Plan monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for the company.

**Business Development**:

- Expand the company’s client base by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase brand awareness and market presence.

**Operational Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
- Implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve business performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

**Financial Management**:

- Participate in financial planning and budget management.
- Monitor financial performance and work with the CEO to ensure profitability.
- Share in the responsibility for financial outcomes through a 50%-50% profit-sharing arrangement.

**Team Development**:

- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide training and professional development opportunities for team members.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field.
- Proven track record of business development and client acquisition.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership or managerial role.

**Skills**:

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and financial plans.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
- Ability to develop new business, client acquisition, and maintain relationships for growth and retention.
