Sales Coordinator

**Location **Vasai (Mumbai)
1. Preparing and following up on sales quotations made for clients.
2. Efficiently responding to any online or telephonic queries.
3. Validating PO from all aspects and coordinating with other departments and clients for execution of work.
4. Calling prospects from the database to fix up appointments and coordinating with sales person accordingly.
5. Updating contact details and new clients in the database.
6. Producing various reports like job progress, activity report, update on follow up of Sales Funnel etc on weekly basis.
7. Using CRM tools for maintaining records of leads.
8. Handling the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
9. Informing clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
10.Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
11. Handling and filing all important documents in the proper way.
12.Responding to complaints from customers and giving after sales support as per the process.
13.Assisting in promotional activities like exhibitions whenever required.
14.Preparing reports in MS-Excel, Word and Powerpoint, etc as per client’s requirement.
15.Following up on outstanding payments.

3. Proficient in MS-Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
