**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for **cleaning, decontamination, sterilization, and distribution** of surgical instruments, medical equipment, and supplies.
- Operate and maintain sterilization equipment such as **autoclaves, ETO machines, and ultrasonic cleaners**.
- Ensure proper **packaging, labelling, and documentation** of sterilized items.
- Monitor and maintain **sterilization parameters and records** as per hospital infection control standards.
- Coordinate with **Operation Theatre, ICU, and other departments** for timely supply of sterile items.
- Maintain **inventory and stock control** of sterile and non-sterile materials.
- Follow **infection control and safety protocols** at all times.
- Participate in **training and audits** related to sterilization and infection control practices.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Knowledge of **sterilization techniques and infection control** procedures.
- Ability to handle and maintain sterilization equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and hygiene.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Record keeping and basic computer knowledge.

**Qualification**:

- Diploma / Certificate in CSSD Technology or OT Technician Course.
- Additional training in Infection Control or Sterilization will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
