Trims Sourcing

Managing, strategic planning, sourcing & procurement for Trim for all brands of our Client. Responsible for procuring all kind of Trims - Negotiation, synergizing inputs for the economy of scale buying. Also responsible for Product development & conceptualization. Develop new supplier base Mange, Maintaining & Improving the existing supplier base output. Getting the work output as Set process and develop new process adopt new practices by anticipating new challenges.

Set up systems for evaluation of vendor performance.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Sourcing required quantity of Trim.Preparing Time & Action calendar (TNA) and Monitoring Bulk-production of Fabrics & Garments with all vendors & final Price Negotiation.
Timely payment of Suppliers and account reconciliation at season end.
Order Consolidation and Distribution (Quantity Allocation) as per capacity of suppliers.
