**Key Responsibilities:Financial Management & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures.
- Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.

**Accounts Payable & Receivable**:

- Manage vendor and supplier payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Track customer invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

**Taxation & Compliance**:

- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants for audits and assessments.

**Inventory & Cost Accounting**:

- Monitor and analyze costs related to Hyundai auto parts distribution.
- Assist in stock valuation, reconciliation, and inventory management.

**Banking & Payroll**:

- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
- Process employee payroll, including statutory deductions and benefits.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the automotive or distribution sector.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Tally, SAP, or other accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the **automotive parts industry** or a **distribution business**.
- Knowledge of inventory management and costing techniques.
