a) Solid models in solid works and 2D auto cad drawings, bill of material, process charts, process planning sheet, production process layout and component drawings. Drawings of jigs, fixtures, production toolings, work-study layout, assembly and maintenance procedures. Drawings of inspection methods and associated charts, drawings for design library. Drawings of hydraulic circuit, electrical circuit, lubrication circuit etc.

b) Preparing factory layouts, machine/equipment operating cum maintenance manual, dept. manuals

c) Preparing change notes and changing existing drawings as per instructions from higher authorities with authentication

d) Issuing drawings to planning and production department as per systems and regulations

e) Maintaining records of drawings issued to different departments and incoming drawings from production department and customers, records of work order, interdepartmental memos or request for changes or suggestions from other related departments regarding design.

f) Taking dimensions of components or machines and preparing sketches

g) Carrying inspection of semi-finished /finished components, equipment, machines and providing assistance to various depts. pertaining to drawings.

h) Taking prints and laminating drawings.

i) Operating 3D scanner and 3D printing equipment

j) Preparing models, documents, art work, excel sheets, drawings for sales promotion/any other department.

k) Offering technical support to production, quality control and vendor (from office or visiting production plants - Mahape/Mangaon.) vendor plant and service department/ Sales department.

l) Executing any other task in the company within or outside the dept. assigned by the

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
