**About the role**: Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.

Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders.

**Expectations/ Requirements**:

- Managing 24x7 Gaming Operations for individual or multiple Games
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must for this role.
- Managing the Backend Panels for the Games related to every Attribute that matters
- Designing and Running Tournaments, Managing Prizes, Gratifications, Leaderboard, Resolving User

Experience Issues
- Knowledge of tools like
- Clevertap will be an added advantage
- Report issues and Suggestions to Improve the Gaming Experience
- Super Energetic, Operation Junkie
- Knowledge and experience of Product, Gaming Ops preferred Love for Games is a must
- Smart thinking and clear communication
- Use and continually develop leadership skills
- Be a brand ambassador for First Games - Stay Hungry, Stay Humble, Stay Relevant

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role
- High level of drive, initiative and self-motivation
- Strong MS office skills (Excel + Word proficiency is must)
- Knowledge of Macros will be an added advantage
- Proactive with logical aptitude ability
- Good command over English (Verbal + Written)
- Willingness to experiment and improve continuously
- Flexible working ability
