Job Locations: **Mumbai Locations**: Mumbai - Kalina, Santacruz East **Roles and Responsibilities -** - Must have 4 years of Accounts Payable, Receivable and Taxation experience - Update MIS, filing of documents and Bank payments - Processing Sales and Purchase Invoices - Making Bank Payments - Bank Reconciliation - Aged Payables & Receivable followup. - Strong Accounting knowledge - Payroll Accounting - Depreciation Journals - GST / TDS / VAT Accounting - Undertaking Cash Application - Handling Client queries - Ensuring jobs allocated are completed within given deadlines and with Accuracy - Reconciling the bank account, Revenue and other control accounts like VAT, PAYE/NIC and ascertaining the sum due to/from the HMRC (UK government). - Doing ledger scrutiny for all accounting heads and reclassifying/ rectifying the errors (if any) before finalization of account. - Calculation of the corporation tax and preparation of tax return. - Preparing VAT Summary, CT Calculation, Preparing Debtors Control accounts. - Quality Control On time delivery & accuracy of work - Maintaining client relationship & ensuring client expectations are meet.. - Through knowledge in Accounts Payable, Receivable and Taxation - 4+ years experience in Indian Audit firm / Industry - Knowledge of Accounting Systems - Good English Communication skills Verbal and written - Analytical & Logical thoughts process - Good Knowledge of MS Excel - Analysing Financial Data **Skills Required -** ▪ Excellent communication skills. ▪ Ability to work under pressure. ▪ Interpersonal Skills. **Benefits -** ▪ 5 days week (Monday to Friday) ▪ Working Window 11:00 am to 8:00 pm ▪ Working from office job. ▪ Opportunity to work in international accounting. ▪ Growth Opportunity within the organization. ▪ Employee centric Organization. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Leave encashment Schedule: - Day shift - Fixed shift - Monday to Friday Application Question(s): - "How many years of experience do you have in accounts field?" - "What is your current CTC?" - "What is your expected CTC?" - "What is your notice period ?" - "Do you have experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable?" **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) Work Location: In person
