We are seeking a talented and experienced **Graphic Designer** with a strong focus on **branding, logo creation, packaging design, and visual storytelling**. You will be responsible for translating strategic direction into high-quality design that reflects our brand’s personality and drives engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design **logos, brand identities**, and **label and packaging materials** aligned with the brand vision and product positioning.
- Create and manage **brand books**, including typography, color palettes, logo guidelines, and visual systems.
- Design high-quality **website banners**, digital ads, and social media graphics.
- Convert and manage artwork files in **CorelDRAW** and other required formats.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand creative needs and deliver impactful designs.
- Ensure design consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints.
- Translate concepts into visuals with a clear creative vision and aesthetic sensibility.
- Stay updated with trends in design, branding, and packaging.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in **branding, packaging, and logo design**.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, packaging, and digital assets.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)** and **CorelDRAW**.
- Strong understanding of **typography, color theory**, and layout principles.
- Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and strong visual communication skills.
- Experience with **print production processes** is a plus.

**Role Details**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
- **Working Days**: Monday to Friday (Weekends off)
- **Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000/month (based on skills & portfolio)
