**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of all supplies (food, beverages, cleaning materials, etc.).
- Maintain a well-organized and clean storage area.
- Monitor stock levels regularly and ensure adequate supply to avoid shortages or overstock.
- Track expiration dates of perishables and rotate stock to minimize waste.
- **Ordering & Stock Replenishment**:

- Prepare and submit inventory orders based on restaurant needs, with approval from management.
- Keep track of suppliers and ensure timely deliveries to maintain restaurant operations.
- **Record Keeping & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory, including receipts, issues, and returns.
- Generate inventory reports as required for financial reporting and budgeting purposes.
- Regularly update management on stock levels and highlight any potential supply issues.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure all items stored meet safety and quality standards (temperature, cleanliness, and proper handling).
- Perform routine inspections of storage areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Coordination with Kitchen & Service Staff**:

- Work closely with kitchen staff to anticipate their needs for food items, kitchen tools, and supplies.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure that front-of-house supplies are adequately stocked (e.g., utensils, napkins, cleaning supplies).
- **Waste Control**:

- Assist in minimizing food waste by properly managing stock and ensuring proper handling and storage techniques.
- Dispose of expired or damaged goods as needed, following the restaurant’s waste management policies.
- **Inventory Audits**:

- Conduct regular physical counts of inventory to reconcile with system records.
- Assist in year-end or periodic inventory audits.
- **Equipment & Tool Maintenance**:

- Ensure that all storage equipment (shelving, refrigerators, freezers, etc.) is in good working order and report maintenance issues to management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
