**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Produce well-researched content for publication online
- Create content marketing campaigns to drive leads and subscribers.
- Use SEO best practices to generate traffic to our site
- Actively manage and promote our blog, and pitch articles to relevant third-party platforms
- Edit content produced by other members of the team
- Analyze content marketing metrics and makes changes as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas
- Preparing well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
- Promote content on social media
- Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
- Update website content as needed.
- Performs other duties assigned as required or requested.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Proven content writing or copywriting experience, with experience in all types of social media.
- Excellent writing and editing skills as evidenced by a portfolio of published articles.
- The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Experience using WordPress, Weebly etc.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

**PREFERRED SKILLS**:

- Working knowledge of content management systems.
- Impeccable grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends in slang and expressions in American English.
- Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
- Strict adherence to the style guides of the company and its policies for publication, including the company's brand image, products, and services.
- Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary

**QUALIFICATION**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or related field
- At least three years of experience writing for a B2B or B2C audience
