Responsibilities:

- Utilize Canva to design a wide range of materials including social media graphics, presentations, infographics, flyers, and more.
- Collaborate with marketing, social media, and content teams to understand design requirements and objectives.
- Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics that effectively communicate our message and resonate with our target audience.
- Develop design concepts, mockups, and layouts based on project briefs and feedback.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for various platforms and devices.
- Stay updated on design trends, Canva features, and best practices to continuously improve design quality.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Provide input and contribute ideas to brainstorming sessions and team meetings.
- Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all work produced.
- Collaborate with other designers and team members to share knowledge and support each other's work.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing Canva designs.
- Proficiency in using the Canva platform and familiarity with its features, tools, and templates.
- Excellent design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to create designs that align with brand guidelines.
- Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas.
- High level of creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
