**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Education**: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic experience with Ruby on Rails, React, and React Native; familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- **Version Control**: Understanding of Git and collaborative development practices.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- **Team Orientation**: Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn from others.

**Bonus Points If You Have**:

- Experience with RESTful APIs and database management (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Familiarity with state management tools (e.g., Redux) and front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack).
- Understanding of mobile app design principles and UI/UX concepts.
