**Automation Tester (5-8 Years)**

**Mandatory skills**:

- Functional test engineer with around 5 yrs. or more experience.
- Knowledge on
- Manual Testing understanding the business functionality based on the user stories.
- Discuss with the Onsite team/Client or Team leads on elaborating the test design with positive and negative scenario and cases.
- Automation Testing using Selenium or
- Performance testing using Jmeter an added advantage.
- Experience in basic level Security testing.Good experience in quality testing using all test methodologies.
- Should be able to take instructions from onsite lead/client or BA and build the test scenarios with positive and negative test cases.
- Strategies the Regression Automation and Performance testing needs.
- Knowledge on Selenium, JMeter is an added advantage.
- Understanding the requirements and overall system, creating test strategies, plan and test cases.
- Execution planning and executing tests and creating/tracking all defects to closure
- Domain experience in background check pertain to Health care preferred.
- Work as the gate keeper of quality being delivered.
- Experience in working with Agile teams.
