**Position: Recovery Executive**

**Industry**: Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC)
**Location**: Chennai
**Experience Required**: 1-3 years (preferred in loan recovery or collections)

**A. Key Responsibilities**
- **Follow up with delinquent customers** for payment of overdue loan installments (personal loans, consumer loans, etc.).
- Visit customers **on the field** to recover dues and negotiate settlements as per company policy.
- Maintain **accurate and timely records** of recovery status, payment commitments, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the **collections manager and legal team** for handling escalated or legal cases.
- Ensure adherence to **company recovery policies** and regulatory guidelines during customer interactions.
- Build a rapport with customers to enable **amicable and effective recovery**.
- Submit daily and weekly **MIS reports** on recovery progress and outstanding cases.

**B. Measures of Success**
- Timely recovery of **overdue EMIs** and improvement in collection efficiency.
- Reduction in **delinquency levels** (DPD buckets - 30+, 60+, 90+ days).
- **Field productivity** - number of customer visits and collections closed.
- **Customer feedback** and adherence to compliance and ethical collection practices.
- Quality of reporting and coordination with internal teams.

**C. Desired Profile**
- **1-3 years of relevant experience** in loan recovery, collections, or field operations.
- Experience in NBFCs, banks, microfinance institutions, or agencies is a plus.
- Ability to handle **field work and travel** locally to meet customers.
- Strong **negotiation and communication skills**.
- Basic knowledge of **MS Office and collection tools/apps**.
- Knowledge of **local language and geography** is essential.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
