**Position **:Account Officer

**Location**: Ahmedabad

The position requires an individual with a complete set of skills, competencies, and, most importantly, the right attitude for a Account Officer role.

**Key Required Skills**:
1. Fundamental knowledge of accounting

2. Ability to work in flexible time.

3. Ability to work independently.

4. Maintain effective and professional communication with different departments and necessary information in timely manner.

5. Proficiency in Tally & Knowledge of ERP.

**Key Skills**:

2. Day to Day Accounting for Expenses, Purchases, Vouchers,

3. Day to Day accounting and operation for Bank payments (Vendor Payments), Receipts from clients and Bank reconciliation.

4. Co-Ordination with Site for Vendor payments and Ledger reconciliation

5. Internal co-ordination with staff related to accounts work handling.

6. Basic knowledge of taxation (TDS / GST etc.)

7. Experience from same industry is preferred

**Educational Qualification**:Bachelor's Degree in Accounts (Masters preferred)

**Experience**:2-5 years Relevant Experience from Real Estate or similar industry is preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Day to Day Accounting for Expenses, Purchases, Vouchers,

2. Day to Day accounting and operation for Bank payments (Vendor Payments), Receipts from clients and Bank reconciliation.

3. Co-Ordination with Site for Vendor payments and Ledger reconciliation

4. Internal co-ordination with staff related to accounts work handling.

5. Basic knowledge of taxation (TDS / GST etc.)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
