promotes student learning, participation, and positive behavior.

Student Engagement: Implement innovative and interactive teaching methods to captivate students'

interest and make learning Business Studies enjoyable and relevant.

Differentiated Instruction: Tailor teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles,

abilities, and backgrounds, ensuring all students have equal opportunities to excel.

Student Support: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to students, addressing their academic

and personal needs as necessary.

Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest educational trends, teaching methods, and

technology, and actively participate in professional development opportunities.

Parent Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians to

discuss students' progress, academic goals, and behavioral concerns.

Extra-Curricular Activities: Encourage and participate in extracurricular activities related to

Business Studies, such as clubs, competitions, and events, to enhance the overall educational

experience.

**Qualifications**:

- A Master's degree in Business Studies, Economics, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or a relevant teaching certification.
- Previous teaching experience at the secondary or senior secondary level is preferred.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and tools for effective teaching.

**Location**: ETA 1 GREATER NOIDA
