**Role description**:
This role is part of Arcadis’ Global Excellence Centre (GEC) and will join our 3,000+ talented individuals working in India, Romania, and Philippines, in partnership with Arcadis’ offices globally. The GEC brings key capabilities and capacity to support our clients seamlessly around the world. **Role accountabilities**:
The main responsibilities of this role include, but arenot limited to:
- Prepare & Submit Baseline Programmes & Provide Programme Updates as per Project Requirements.
- Provision of Resource/Cost Loaded Programmes as per Project Requirements.
- Provision of Dashboard Reports as per Project Requirements: Cashflow S-Curve, Resource/Cost Histogram, Earned Value Management (EVM), Schedule Performance Index (SPI) & Cost Performance Index (CPI).
- Provision of Critical Path Analysis & review Risk Mitigation Measures (programme acceleration) to monitor and control the programme as per Project Requirements.
- Delay Analysis of Project Programmes
- Provision of Change Management Assistance by adding change references to the programme and undertaking change analysis to illustrate impact to the Programme.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Minimum 5+ years of Design Documentation experience.
- Knowledge of Quality procedures/standards.
- Effective communication skills.
- Primavera P6 / MS Project software tools
- Excellent time management skills Must be proactive and quick learner
