**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess, diagnose, and develop personalized **rehabilitation plans** for patients with neurological and neurosurgical conditions.
- Provide **physiotherapy and occupational therapy** interventions for stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, and other neurological disorders.
- Work collaboratively with **neurologists, neurosurgeons, and other healthcare professionals** to ensure a holistic treatment approach.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques, mobility aids, and home exercises for long-term recovery.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT)** from a recognized institution.
- Minimum **2-3 years of experience** in treating neurological and neurosurgical patients.
- Experience with **Occupational Therapy** and **Neurorehabilitation techniques** is preferred.
- Strong communication and patient interaction skills.
