**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Optimize product listings on Amazon.in, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to improve visibility and conversion rates.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for Amazon, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and other advertising campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability to prevent stock outs and maximize sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, marketing, and customer service, to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Conduct A/B testing on product pages and marketing strategies to optimize performance.
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize opportunities.
- Create and manage promotions, deals, and special campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to orders and product quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing e-commerce channels, specifically on Amazon.in.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central & Amazon Ads
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics) to interpret performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with Amazon Vendor Central is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing techniques.
- Knowledge of online retail trends in India.
